What is Elderberry Immunity Liquid?

Our Elderberry immune support formula comes in a liquid version which makes it easier and more convenient to take your 5ml dose.

Our formula also contains Vitamin C and Zinc, which like Elderberry, are known to support the normal function of the immune system.

How does the immune system work?

The immune system is made up of various organs, cells and proteins. It plays a vital role in preventing you from becoming ill by protecting you from harmful substances, germs and cell changes.

If your immune system is working as it should you won’t notice it’s there, however, if it is not functioning properly this is when you may be susceptible to becoming ill.

Can you take supplements to build up your immune system?

It is impossible to build up your immune system by taking supplements. Whilst studies show that certain vitamins and minerals can contribute to the normal function of the immune system, supplements, minerals and vitamins cannot improve it.

Building up your immune system implies it working above what is ‘normal’ and having the ability to better fight and protect against all germs, disease or infection, which is not possible.

What weakens the immune system?

There are many lifestyle factors that can weaken the immune system such as smoking and excessive drinking. Other factors that can have a negative impact are having an unhealthy diet and not maintaining a healthy weight, as well as not getting enough sleep or regular exercise.

What are the benefits of liquid over traditional pills?

One of the main benefits of liquid form makes it very easy and convenient to take your daily 5ml dose. Liquid form is also better for those who struggle swallowing pills, including children and the elderly.

What are the benefits of elderberry?

The berries and flowers of elderberry can help support the body’s defence and immune system based on the ingestion of the equivalent of 5g of berries/flowers per day.

Are there any risks with taking elderberry supplements?

If digested in small doses, elderberry is safe, however not everyone should take it. It’s always wise to talk to your GP/doctor about taking supplements and if you have any questions or concerns. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking any medications or under medical supervision, please consult a doctor or a healthcare professional before use.

Orally, elderberry fruit extracts have been well-tolerated with no adverse effects reported in clinical trials of adults and children. However we are aware that all bodies react differently, so we cannot guarantee side effects won’t occur.

There is currently limited research into the safety of consuming elderberry whilst pregnant.

Is the immunity liquid vegetarian and vegan friendly?

Our elderberry immunity liquid does not contain animal by-products and it is also cruelty free, meaning that it is both vegetarian and vegan friendly.

How much Elderberry Immunity Liquid can you take?

This supplement contains 3250mg of black elderberry and it is recommended that you take 5ml daily. Do not exceed stated dose.

Does the elderberry immunity liquid contain other vitamins?

The formula also contains Vitamin C, and Zinc, both of which are known to support the normal function of the immune system.

Directions:
