Holland & Barrett’s Silica Complex is a combination of calcium, magnesium, zinc, betaine hydrochloride, boron and horsetail.

Calcium and magnesium contribute to the maintenance of normal bones, whilst zinc helps maintain normal hair, skin and nails. Horsetail is a perennial plant.
