Not only are Holland & Barrett Cod Liver Oil Capsuleshigh in omega 3 fatty acids, they also provide an excellent source of vitamins A & D. These pure cod liver oil rapid release capsules contain EPA and DHA which contribute to the normal function of the heart.

Vitamins A & D both contribute to the normal function of the immune system, while Vitamin A alone contributes towards the maintenance of normal skin and Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bone and muscle function.
