Holland & Barrett Colon Care Plus Capsules are a natural bulk-forming product containing Psyllium Seed Husks to provide gentle support without the addition of chemical stimulants.

Nutritional Information:

Take four to six capsules with a minimum of 250ml of liquid, 30-60 minutes before meals. Take twice daily for 30 days. For best results, drink six to eight glasses of liquid during the day. Do not exceed stated dose.

Psyllium Seed Husk, Capsule Shell (Gelatine), Anti-Caking Agents (Calcium Stearate, Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide), Buckthorn Bark Powder, Cape Aloes, Citrus Pectin, Gentian Root Powder, Wheat Grass Powder, Goldenseal Root Extract, Maltodextrin.
