Vegan vitamin B12
Vitamin B12 is largely present in our diet.
However, because the richest sources of this important vit tend to be in meat and fish, with organ meats and sardines being two of the most generously B12-laden foodstuffs out there, it can be difficult for those of us on a vegan or vegetarian diet to get enough.
Likewise, cereals are often fortified with B12, which is great news if you are a morning cruncher but less useful if you are more likely to just grab an apple and go.

Directions:
