Directions:

For children 3 years and over, take two chewy capsules per day. Adults can also follow the same directions. Chew the soft capsule to burst the fruit flavour centre. Do not exceed stated dose.

Capsule shell (glycerine, gelatine, orange flavour, maize starch, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), colours (yellow iron oxide, titanium dioxide, red iron oxide), sweetener (sucralose)), Fish oil (mixed tocopherols, fish oil), vegetable fat (non-hydrogenated rape/palm oil, citric acid), Sweeteners (mannitol, sucralose), Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid), medium chain triglycerides, orange and lemon flavourings, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), Vitamin E (vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopherol), sunflower oil), vitamin A (vitamin A (as retinyl palmitate), Vitamin E (as dl-alpha tocopherol)), vitamin D3 (medium chain triglycerides, vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol), Vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopherol)).
