Directions:

Take one, or two chewable fruit burst capsules a day. If you are taking Haliborange Teensense® Omega-3 for the first time, take two chewy fruit burst capsules a day for the first 12 weeks. The daily intake can then be reduced to one a day . Chew the soft capsule to burst the fruit flavour centre. A daily intake of Haliborange Omega-3 Fish Oil with vitamins safeguards your intake of these vital nutrients. The Government recommendation You should endeavor to include two portions of fish into your weekly diet.
