Milk thistle, also known as Silybum Marianum, is a bright pink flowering plant that grows wild in the Middle East, Northern Africa and Southern Europe.

Now, occasionally overindulging on food and drink is just part of normal life (no judgement here!) , but it doesn’t have to leave you suffering for hours after. Simply take one capsule twice a day (adult dosage) to relieve the symptoms associated with occasional over indulgence of food and drink such as indigestion and upset stomach. This is based on traditional use only.
