Nutritional Information:
Psyllium Husks 3000mg six capsules contain:
typically providing Fibre: 2.1g
Psyllium (Plantago ovata) (husks) 3g

Directions:
Take two capsules three times a day with a minimum of one cup (250ml) of water, 30-60 minutes before meals. Do not exceed stated dose.
