Vitamin D 25ug (100 I.U.)
Vitamin B6 0.3mg
Vitamin B12 0.75ug
Selenium 25ug
Zinc 2mg

Directions:
Take 1 Gummy(ies) per day, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.
