Holland & Barrett B Complex & B12 Tablets are suitable for vegans & vegetarians. It contains Vitamins B1 (Thiamin), B2 (Riboflavin), B12, together with Niacin, and Protease. B vitamins support normal energy yielding metabolism and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal red blood cell formation, normal homocysteine metabolism and has a role in the process of cell division.

Nutritional Information:

Each tablet contains:
Thiamin (Vitamin B1) 7mg
Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 14mg
Niacin 4.5mg
Vitamin B12 25µg
Protease 10mg
Brewer’s Yeast 50mg

Directions:
Take one to six tablets daily, preferably with meals. Do not exceed stated dose.
