Fibre is an important part of a healthy diet. Fibre Diet tablets are a special combination of grain and fruit fibre.
Fifteen tablets contain 6.6g of a Fibre Blend, containing natural from fibre from sources including cellulose, citrus pectin, grapefruit pectin and beetroot.

Directions:
Take five tablets with a large glass of water before each meal, three times daily. It is best to take Fibre Diet 15 to 30 minutes before eating. Remember, you can continue to take Fibre Diet as long as you need it. Note: When increasing the amount of fibre you eat, make sure to drink more liquids.
