The Bootea Senna Free Teatox will leave you feeling super energised and motivated, ready to reach your weight-loss goals. Daytime Detox Drink: To be taken every morning upon rising. Pour a cup of near boiling water over one tea bag and allow infusing for 3 minutes before drinking. Bedtime Cleanse: To be taken every other night before bed (starting day 1). Pour a cup of near boiling water over one Detox tea bag and allow to infuse for 3 minutes before drinking.

Directions:

Daytime Tea – Drink every morning when you wake up. If you forget, just drink when you get a chance.

In a cup, place one tea bag, fill with near boiling water then leave to infuse for 3 minutes before drinking.

Bedtime Tea – Drink every other night before bed (starting day 1) for the duration of the teatox.

In a cup, place one tea bag, fill with near boiling water then leave to infuse for 3 minutes before drinking.
