Take one capsule daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.

Maltodextrin, Alpha Lipoic Acid Powder, Capsule Shell (Gelatine), Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Anti-Caking Agent (Magnesium Stearate).
